Glamorous with Dress Sense

Getting immaculately dressed for big events require plenty of preparation albeit a lot of fun, and could easily be hazardous to our pockets. No matter how stunning a gown is, the thought of having to splurge for a one-time wear just does not seem so practical.

Picture my excitement when I encountered Dress Sense– an innovative retail concept offering customers the option to buy or rent at an affordable price!

When I was invited to their private event held at their standing store over at Raffles City #03-29A, I was blown away immediately.

Their multi-label collection of evening wear was extensive, featuring brands such as Jovani, Adrianna Papell & Inge Christopher to name a few. Plus, Deborah & Cindy didn’t forget to tickle out tastebuds with delicious treats, how thoughtful!

I know, it’s hard to picture me in something so delicate that spells feminine, but hey, least I’m not afraid of embracing all sorts of style. Truth be told, I’m very particular about my choice of clothings, & wouldn’t be caught dead in something that I feel repulsive towards.

When it comes to evening gowns, the workmanship, selection of fabric & design aesthetic are equally important. Dress Sense fulfills all of that & caters to women from all walks of life.

With this Nicole Bakti gown in a royal blue shade, it was truly love at first sight! Ps, in case you’re wondering, yes I’ve darkened my hair a teeny bit over at Salon Vim which I’d further elaborate on another post!

Nicole Bakti has earned itself a name in the evening wear industry with its classic remakes, complementing timeless designs with modern details. With the simple lines & intricate details, Nicole Bakti pieces exude a tinge of sexiness & a lot of feminity.

Knowing me, stopping at one is almost impossible. If you could fall in love once, you could do it all over again twice & thrice. I was literally spoilt for choice! Alas, I found myself attached to a Jos + Rachel multicoloured tube dress. It’s ravishing, isn’t it?

All that aside, let me fill you in on Dress Sense’s Buy/Rent Concept:

1)BUY a brand new piece at full price/rented piece at lower price.

2)RENT A PIECE for 2 weeks at a fraction of full purchase price.

3)RENT FIRST & BUY LATER. That’s when you’re smitten!

I can trust Dress Sense to keep me red-carpet ready at all times. Check out Dress Sense for more information & Merry Christmas!
